The Price includes accommodation and breakfast. Unless clearly stated on the booking form all extras such as packed lunches are additional. A non refundable deposit equal to the first nights stay is required. Full booking balance is due on departure.

The price includes self catering accommodation including bed linen. A non refundable deposit of £100 is payable when booking, a booking will only be confirmed when we have received a deposit. We will send a booking confirmation by email at this time. The balance is due 6 weeks before arrival.

Pets are not permitted in the B&B, but a well behaved dog is allowed in Gillbrow self catering cottage.

Once you have booked your stay our agreement is a legal contract and any deposit you have paid is non-refundable. For cancellations made 30 days before your holiday with us you will not be liable for the full balance. For cancellations made after this time or by failing to take up the holiday without cancelling, you may be liable for the total balance of your holiday if we cannot re-let the stay. For this reason you may wish to take out cancellation insurance which is inexpensive at the time of booking.

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. we would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible or unacceptable to you we will refund any money already paid to us. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. Bookings by email or phone message, there may be a delay from receiving these to manually adding your booking. There is a small chance that during this time other guests could place an online booking for these dates.

Your accommodation is available to you from 3.30pm on day of arrival; please advise us of your arrival time. We like all guest to arrive by 10pm.

Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 10am on the day of your departure. Your invoice for your accommodation less any monies paid and any extras taken during your stay in payable on departure.

Please take care with our accommodation and its contents. Please report damages as soon as they occur, we do not usually charge for minor damages, but we may send you an invoice for the repair/cleaning or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.

We do not accept any liability for any damages, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions: unless proven to have been caused by a negligent act by ourselves or contractors whilst under our employment.

You are responsible for your room or cottage, keys, belongings, cars, bikes ect during your stay so please lock your door when you go out for the day. We accept no liability of injury or disease caused by our livestock whilst visiting Gillbrow.
