Stay in a 300-year-old farmhouse, full of character with beams, rustic doors and wooden floors. From the comfortably furnished rooms enjoy glorious scenery with close-up views of nearby mountains, Catbells, Maiden Moor and Hindscarth.

We offer a choice of two bedrooms including a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus a double bedroom with private bathroom. Both rooms are located on the first floor with lovely views of the surrounding fells and countryside.

When you arrive, you will be welcomed with tea and homemade cake baked by Anne and the most important meal, your hearty Gill Brow farmhouse breakfast will set you up for the day ahead enjoying the Lake District countryside and our many quaint towns and villages. Local produce is used where possible, with local Cumberland sausage, fresh homemade bread and preserves.
